LaboratoryWhat is the Laboratory?
The CVMC Laboratory is where tests on blood, urine or other body fluids, ordered by your doctor, are performed. The CVMC lab is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologist to perform these tests and our staff is highly qualified to provide these services in a professional and caring manner.
If You Are An Inpatient
If you are a patient in the medical center, the staff member will come to your room to take your blood or secure a sample of urine or other body fluid.
If You Are An Outpatient
If your test is to be performed on an outpatient basis, you will be directed to go to the Laboratory during regular hours.
Blood Drawing Hours
In the outpatient lab drawing room, our Phlebotomists draw blood samples from patients each weekday.
Our hours are:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 am - 5 pm
